Booking A Party

Parties can be booked via email, fax, or phone. This will hold your booking for a period of 4 days. If you have not paid a deposit of $50.00 by the start of the 5th day your booking may be cancelled and offered to another party.

Confirming A Party

The time you are confirming is your party start time. Your guests can arrive at any time prior although we recommend that at least ½ hour before start time your guests should be in the centre

We require payment in full at least 4 days prior to your party. It is recommended that you provide a full list of party guests at this time

Non payment in full will result in your party being cancelled with your deposit being forfeited.

Please note that alterations to the menu need to be made when confirming your party

The procedure for booking/holding a party is as follows:

  1. Contact Little TiGrrs to check for the date/time you require
  2. Pay your deposit within 4 days of making the booking. This can be done via cash or credit card
  3. Make payment in full within 4 days of the date of your party
  4. At that time confirm any changes to the menu. Also, a full list of party guests needs to be provided to Little TiGrrs. Only names appearing on the list will be admitted to your party. Please note that you are welcome to bring your own birthday cake.
  5. On the day of the party, arrive at least ½ hour before your party start time.
  6. Your party will be called over our PA. Please supervise your guests in moving to the party room as strict timings are adhered to. Your food will be brought in 5 minutes after your start time. Your birthday cake will be brought in 30 minutes after your start time. . 45 minutes after your start time the room will begin to be cleaned for the next party. If there is no booking for the next start time you may stay for another 30 minutes.Your party room attendant will confirm this with you.

Private Parties

We are also able to hire out our venue for private parties which run from 5:30pm to 7:30pm Mon-Sun.Costs start at $450.00 for Mon-Thurs, $550.00 Fri-Sat and $650.00 for Sunday. Please contact us to discuss.
